In the early spring of 2024, a sense of concern settled over a family in Knoxville, Tennessee, when 14-year-old Lidia Troutt was reported missing. The young female was last seen on March 8th of that year. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a biracial female with brown hair and brown eyes.
