Nathan Jonah Lerner, 30, was last seen on January 6, 2021, in Carbonado, Washington. He had recently moved to the state and was staying with a friend in Bonney Lake. On the day of his disappearance, Lerner visited the MultiCare Auburn Medical Center due to severe pain from an infection. After being discharged, the hospital called him to request that he return due to dangerous abnormalities in his biometrics, but he never did.
