David Anthony Orr, a 41-year-old man from Midwest City, Oklahoma, was last heard from on January 16, 2021, when he spoke with his father. Orr was living with a couple, Jason and Elizabeth Cornett, at their home in McLoud at the time of his disappearance. His last confirmed activity occurred the following day, when Elizabeth Cornett was seen using his food stamp card at a grocery store. After this, no further communication from Orr was reported, and he was never seen again.
