Eodis "Tre" Harris III, a 32-year-old special education teacher from Fort Worth, Texas, was last seen on June 15, 2021, in Aspermont, Texas. In the early morning hours, he called his mother around 3:00 a.m., stating that he was walking his dogs, which she found odd given the time. He attempted to call her again an hour later, but she missed the call. Despite several attempts to reach him later in the morning, his phone went straight to voicemail, and he has not been heard from since.

The following day, Harris's blue GMC truck was found abandoned at a stoplight on U.S. 83, south of Aspermont. The engine was still running, and his wallet and keys were left inside. Witnesses reported seeing a Black man, presumably Harris, walking away from the vehicle with two dogs. His dogs were later found deceased near the area, and his suitcase was discovered undamaged along a roadside in Paducah, Texas. The last known signal from Harris's phone was traced to the Quanah, Texas area on June 17.

Adding to the mystery, Harris's Facebook account was accessed and had its password changed from an IP address in Corpus Christi, Texas, nearly two months after his disappearance. Despite extensive searches and his family's efforts to uncover leads, Harris's whereabouts remain unknown, and his case is still unresolved. His family continues to seek answers and hopes for assistance in solving the case.
