Kevin Tatman, a 48-year-old man with intellectual disabilities and nonverbal communication, was last seen on July 14, 2021, in Houston, Texas. He was last spotted in the 2600 block of Oakdale Street, near the Texas Southern University campus. Tatman was wearing a black t-shirt, blue sweatpants, and a Dallas Cowboy hat at the time.
