Jeffrey Morgan, a 16-year-old from Norman, Oklahoma, went missing on September 13, 2021. He was last seen leaving a group home around 7:30 PM along with three other juveniles. Jeffrey is described as a Caucasian male, standing 5'7" tall, weighing 125 pounds, with blond or strawberry-colored hair and green eyes.
