In the early summer of 2023, concern began to grow for 31-year-old Male Olsingch Blanc, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma. His sister reported that she had not heard from him since sometime in June of that year. Standing between five feet seven inches and five feet nine inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes, Olsingch's sudden silence was out of character, prompting his family to seek answers.
