Hubert Hansel Larkins, age 46, was last seen on December 25, 1977, departing his residence on Riverside Avenue in Kingsport, Tennessee. Family reports indicated that he may have been traveling to New Orleans with friends. However, it remains unclear whether Hubert ever returned from the trip. Suspicion arose after his brother, Albert "Bud" Larkins, reportedly confessed to killing Hubert at their home.
