Herbert Frank, a 52-year-old man from Germany, was last seen on October 30, 1994, in Lee Vining, California. Frank was traveling with 26-year-old Volker Puschkeit on vacation in the United States. The two German nationals had arrived in Los Angeles on October 21 and rented a vehicle for their trip.
