In the quiet, early morning hours of March 5th, 2022, in Aberdeen, North Carolina, 15-year-old Kimberly Ann Castillo vanished from her home. A note was discovered left on a counter, offering a silent and perplexing clue to her sudden departure. It was sometime between 5 and 6 a.m. that she was last seen. When her family awoke, they found that Kimberly, along with her clothing, backpack, and phone, was gone.
