In the late summer of 2017, a 16-year-old boy named Alexander Gabriel Gamez Garcia vanished from Phoenix, Arizona. Originally from Honduras, the young man was a resident of a group home in the city. On September 11, 2017, in circumstances that remain largely private, Alexander fled from the facility and has not been seen or heard from since.
