Richard Keith Perdue, a 53-year-old man, disappeared from Lincolnton, North Carolina, on January 22, 2018. He was last seen around 8:30 p.m. leaving the Boger City Rest Home, where he was a resident, on foot. Richard was described as 5'5" tall, weighing about 135 pounds, with black hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a dark blue hoodie and black jogging pants.
