Juan Ramon Hernandez, a 28-year-old male, has been missing since July 12, 2019. He was last seen in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, at around 9:00 a.m., when he left his father's house to drive to his brother’s home in Odessa, Texas. Hernandez crossed the U.S.-Mexico border at Hidalgo, Texas, driving a white GMC Denali.
