Emerald Garcia Missing Person Case

Emerald Garcia, a 7-year-old girl, was last seen on April 21, 2021, in Portland, Texas. She was reportedly abducted by her non-custodial father following a visit. Her mother contacted authorities when Emerald was not returned, and it was discovered that her father had vacated his apartment. Authorities believe they may have traveled to Mexico, as they were last seen in McAllen, Texas, on April 18, 2021, before crossing the border.
