In the late summer of 2021, concern grew for a teenager named Larry T. Thompson, who was just 14 years old at the time. The last confirmed contact with him was on September 21, 2021. Originally from Sheboygan, Wisconsin, information provided to law enforcement suggested that the young man might have traveled to Chicago, Illinois, a sprawling metropolis miles away from his home.
