Michael Allen Winn, 56, was last seen on December 16, 2021, in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Earlier that day, he had been pulled over and arrested for a DWI and released later on a personal recognizance bond. Security footage captured Winn walking out of the Chesterfield County Government Complex, where he attempted to make a call at a nearby payphone, potentially to arrange a ride to his home in Petersburg.
