Lina Sardar Khil, a 3-year-old girl, was last seen on December 20, 2021, at a playground in her apartment complex in San Antonio, Texas. Lina, the daughter of Afghan refugees who moved to the U.S. in 2019, was playing with her mother and younger brother when her mother briefly stepped away. Upon returning, she discovered that Lina had disappeared. Despite immediate and extensive search efforts by the San Antonio Police Department and the FBI, no significant leads have emerged in the case.
