Tracy Lynn Butler, also known as Tracy Epps, was last seen on March 1, 2022, at a hotel in Henrico, Virginia, where she had been staying with her husband, Lester Epps. Tracy was reported missing on March 3, and just days later, Lester was involved in a fatal confrontation with police after being shot. He is believed to have been the last person to see her alive.
