The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office issued a BOLO Alert for a 19-year-old who was reported as a runaway on June 7, 2022.
Authorities said Victor Herate-Perez was last seen leaving his foster parent's address in Roland, Ark. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Pulaski County sheriffs said Herate-Perez "took some of his personal items" when leaving the residence on Riverview Drive.
