In the early morning hours of July 16, 2022, 34-year-old Candice Caffas disappeared from her family's home in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Candice lives with Prader-Willi Syndrome, a genetic disorder that can affect appetite, growth, and cognitive function. Due to her condition, she has the cognitive understanding of a 10 to 12-year-old. Her family reported her missing around 3:10 a.m. after discovering she had climbed out of a bathroom window.
