Carlos Edward Tavarez, a 34-year-old man from Hastings, Florida, was last seen on July 31, 2022. His mother, Debbie Terrell, reported him missing after he failed to contact her for an extended period, which was unusual for him. Tavarez was last known to be in the company of a group of people on Faith Street in Flagler Estates, and there were indications he might have been using narcotics at the time.
