Chaundre Cross, a prominent radiation oncologist from Naples, Florida, went missing on August 9, 2022, after setting sail from the Naples Bay Resort and Marina on his 34-foot boat named "Vitamin Sea." Cross, who specialized in the treatment of prostate, breast, and brain cancers, was last seen leaving the marina that morning. His boat was discovered the following day adrift 16 miles south of Sanibel Island, but there was no trace of Cross himself.
