Randall went fishing on 4/16/1994 in Beaver Lake at approximately 10:00 am. Randall's boat was discovered later that day floating near Twin Coves at Beaver Lake. Randall's car and boat trailer were found at the Twin Coves boat ramp. Randall's boat motor was found in the boat and not attached to the transom.
