Randall Arthurs Missing Person Case

On a spring morning, April 16, 1994, 30-year-old Randall Arthurs headed out for a day of fishing on Beaver Lake in Arkansas. He was last seen at approximately 10:00 am. Later that same day, a troubling discovery was made. His boat was found floating adrift near the Twin Coves area of the lake. Adding to the concern, Randall's car and boat trailer were located at the Twin Coves boat ramp, suggesting he had launched his boat as planned but never returned.
