On a spring morning, April 16, 1994, 30-year-old Randall Arthurs headed out for a day of fishing on Beaver Lake in Arkansas. He was last seen at approximately 10:00 am. Later that same day, a troubling discovery was made. His boat was found floating adrift near the Twin Coves area of the lake.
