On November 2, 1966, Donald Wynacht and two colleagues engaged in a hunting expedition north of Sudbury, Ontario, specifically along the hydro lines, located 20 miles north of Gauthiers Corners on Highway 69, in Kitchener Township. As a snowstorm intensified, the hunters became separated along the power lines, and Donald went missing.
