In the late autumn of 2017, a sense of unease settled over a family in Richmond, British Columbia, with the disappearance of 58-year-old Randy William Whitcher. A resident of the Metro Vancouver city, Whitcher was last seen on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. Reports from the time offer two possible locations for his last known whereabouts.
