Louis Wesley Missing Person Case

On the afternoon of October 1, 1974, 50-year-old Louis Wesley and his common-law wife, Sheila Trout, departed from Hudson, Ontario, in a 16-foot aluminum boat. Their destination was Chamberlain Narrows on Lac Seul, a large body of water in the Kenora District. Wesley, a First Nations man, stood six feet tall and weighed around 179 pounds.
