In the late autumn of 1987, a young man named Jan W. Rynberk vanished, leaving behind a mystery that would endure for years. On November 29, 1987, the 28-year-old was seen for the last time leaving his home in Welland, Ontario. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, with a height of 70 inches and a weight of 161 pounds. He had short blonde hair and blue eyes.
