Richard Paul Barranco, aged 55, was last seen on August 1, 2001, in San Luis Obispo, California. At the time of his disappearance, Barranco was living in a late-model Winnebago motorhome. He had no formal address and was known to move around frequently. His last known contact was with his brother and sister-in-law, but after that, he vanished without a trace.
