On August 27, 1992, around 4:00 p.m., Bernard Robitaille left the St. Charles Boromée hospital after refusing treatment. Bernard left on foot and has never been seen since. At the time of his disappearance he was carrying a Metro grocery plastic bag containing his personal belongings. Bernard's name and address were written on the bag.
