Billy Ninine, who is considered to be transient, was last seen at a residence in Southend, Saskatchewan, in late August 2024. His intention was to travel to La Ronge. Billy often hitchhikes to Southend, La Ronge, Saskatoon and Prince Albert in Saskatchewan and has previously travelled to North Bay, Deep River, and visit family in Ottawa, Ontario.
