Victor Ian Morris was 33 years old when he disappeared from the Callander, Ontario, area on May 19, 1967. Morris, a male resident associated with a cottage on the south shore of Lake Nipissing, was last known to be there early that morning. At approximately 6:10 a.m., he left the cottage alone and headed out onto Lake Nipissing in an 18-foot Geisler cedar-strip boat powered by an 18-horsepower motor.
