Tsuguo Moroto left his place of business in Banff and rented a car on July 21, 1985. Several days later the vehicle was located at Panther Falls on Highway 93 North near Lake Louise, Alberta. Several ground, aerial and waterway searches were conducted without success. Tsuguo was never located.
