In the winter of 2023, a family's life was irrevocably altered by the disappearance of a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. On December 12th, 81-year-old Earl Moberg, a man living with dementia, vanished after leaving his home in the River East area of Winnipeg, Manitoba, for a walk.
