On August 27, 2001, Jeffery McArthur was seen for the last time in Edmonton, Alberta. It is important to note that Jeffery suffers from a medical condition that affects his coordination and balance. During the time of his disappearance, he may have been driving a 1993 white Mercury Topaz. The vehicle was subsequently located on September 2, 2001, in the west parking lot of Rundle Park in Edmonton, Alberta.
