Harold Donald Maskell was reported missing by his cousin Mike Viger on September 11, 1999, from Coles Island, New Brunswick. Harold’s cousin Mike had come to visit him at his residence but there was no sign of him at the house. A search of the shoreline of the Canaan River returned negative results. Harold does not drive and cannot walk very far.
