In the early morning hours of November 18, 1977, a 15-year-old boy named Norman Wayne Louison, who preferred to be called Wayne, vanished from the vicinity of the Cowessess First Nation, near Broadview, Saskatchewan. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5'5' tall, weighing approximately 140 to 143 pounds, with brown eyes and long, black, shoulder-length hair.
