On September 13, 2016, Alfredo Smith, 29, was found dead at an apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Police had been called to the complex after reports of shots fired, arriving to a scene that suggested violence had erupted suddenly in an otherwise ordinary residential setting.
