On February 14 2007, Philippe Lajoie was seen for the last time in Saint-Didace in the Lanaudière region, Quebec. He left his parents’ home at approximately 6 p.m. to go to a pig farm located on Petite-Rivière Nord road, in Yamachiche in the Mauricie region of Quebec. His vehicle was found there the next day.
