Hiban Lara-Navarro, a 46-year-old Hispanic man, was last seen on October 5, 2011, after wandering away from an assisted living facility in Los Angeles, California. At the time of his disappearance, Lara-Navarro was wearing a green sweatshirt and blue jeans. He stood about 5'9" and weighed 180 pounds, with graying brown hair and brown eyes. He had a distinctive tattoo of a female figure on his arm.
