He was last seen by co-workers at about 4:30 p.m., walking alone on a dusty logging road.

However, when the crew arrived to collect him around 4:05 p.m., he was nowhere to be found. As hours turned into evening, concern grew, and by 9 p.m., the Ontario Provincial Police were contacted.
