In the summer of 2002, a young woman named Candace Mae Jolene Giebel vanished from the streets of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. At 21 years old, with long blonde hair and blue eyes, Candace was last seen on August 1st of that year. She was a petite woman, standing at 5 feet 3 inches and weighing around 100 pounds.
