On March 4, 2009, 52-year-old Wesley Craig Foulds began his day in Abbotsford, British Columbia, with plans for a doctor's appointment in Burnaby. He left his home that morning in his red 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck, but he never arrived at his 11:30 a.m. appointment.
