Seble Mariam Abate Menkir, 46 years old, was last seen around January 1, 2015, in San Diego, California. Originally from Ethiopia, Seble had lived in various places including Pennsylvania, Florida, and other parts of California. She was last known to be living in a women's shelter in San Diego, and it was speculated that she might have relocated to Tijuana, Mexico, later in the summer of 2015, though this was never confirmed.
