In the community of Niagara Falls, Ontario, a family was forever changed on February 26, 2001. On that day, 31-year-old Albert Forest Fare was seen for the last time as he left his home. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being in a despondent state. Albert was a white male, standing at 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds, with a slender build.
