On August 15, 2023, Kevin Evoy was last seen leaving the Giant Tiger store in Clarence-Rockland, Ontario. He has epilepsy, no cell phone, no social media, and no other form of communication. Since Kevin rarely leaves the home, his family is concerned that he may have suffered a medical issue.
