On November 17th, 2010, Varaporn Toassami left Canada with her daughter, Chonticha Galamae Ellefson-Toassami in contravention of a family Court Order. They travelled to Thailand, where it is believed they still are today. Varaporn Toassami has been charged with child abduction under Section 282 of the Criminal Code. There is a warrant for her arrest.
