In the small community of Fort Fraser, British Columbia, concern began to mount for 55-year-old Delvin James Darcy after he was last seen on February 13, 2013. He was in the area for work and was staying at the Last Spike Hotel. His wife reported him missing, noting that while he contacted her regularly, all communication had abruptly stopped after that day. At the time he was last seen, Darcy was wearing blue jeans, a green jacket, and a baseball cap.
