In the late autumn of 2009, a sense of quiet concern fell over the community of Chilliwack, British Columbia, with the disappearance of 41-year-old Victoria Mai-lai CHAN. Known also as Vicki, she was last seen on November 10th of that year. At the time she went missing, Victoria was described as an Asian female, standing five feet six inches tall with a slender build, weighing approximately 128 pounds.
