In the winter of 2007, a 16-year-old girl named Chantelle Alice Rose Bushie vanished from Grande Prairie, Alberta. Born on April 2, 1991, Chantelle was a member of the Dene Tha' First Nation. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being 5'5' tall, weighing approximately 119 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
