In the autumn of 2023, concern began to grow for 26-year-old Leslie Boyd from Geary, New Brunswick. She was last physically seen at a downtown Fredericton establishment on October 22, 2023. Communication with her continued for a short while, with the last known conversation taking place on the afternoon of November 7. However, after that date, a silence fell, and she was officially reported as a missing person to the Oromocto RCMP on November 16.
At the time of her disappearance, Leslie was described as being approximately five feet seven inches tall and weighing around 170 pounds, with green eyes and long brown hair. Distinctive features include a tattoo of a heart behind her ear and a tattoo of a cat on her back.
As the investigation into Leslie's disappearance unfolded, police uncovered information suggesting she might not be alone. It is believed that she could be traveling with 31-year-old Brady Storey, also from Geary. This belief led authorities to expand their search, looking not only for Leslie and Brady but also for a white camper trailer with a blue door towards the back, which they may have been using. Adding to the family's worry, Leslie's German Shepherd dog, Leo, was also thought to be with her at the time she went missing. Police have followed up on several leads in their efforts to locate her, but so far, these have not led to her whereabouts.
The circumstances surrounding Leslie Boyd's disappearance are further complicated by legal issues. Shortly before she went missing, both she and Brady Storey were facing serious charges related to the alleged illegal 3D-printing of firearms. Warrants for their arrest were issued after they failed to appear in Fredericton provincial court on November 8, 2023, just a day after Leslie was last heard from. This has added a layer of complexity to the investigation, with police and her family deeply concerned for her well-being. The case remains an active investigation, with authorities appealing to the public for any information regarding the whereabouts of Leslie Boyd, Brady Storey, or the white camper trailer.Last Seen: Oct 22, 2023
